Seneca Niagra Casino & Hotel, Niagara Falls, NY
As a Design Assist partner, Harry Grodsky & Co., Inc. worked closely with the construction manager, engineer, and architect to convert the existing 150,000 sf Niagara Falls Convention Center into a hotel, restaurant, and gaming destination. Preconstruction services, demolition, design completion, extensive modifications to existing systems and installation of new systems were all performed on a fast-track schedule. The entire planning, construction, and turnover process took four months to complete.

The next phase at this location was the expansion of the casino to over 147,000 sf, additions of restaurants and retail space, and construction of a new 594-room high-rise hotel – all constructed using the same delivery methods and aggressive schedules.		 Casino Representative Clients
