Deerfield Academy, Deerfield, MA In 1990, Harry Grodsky & Co., Inc. was selected as the mechanical contractor for Deerfield Academy's new Natatorium. Since that project, we have performed over 15 major projects for the Academy, all on either a Design Build or Design Assist basis. Our latest projects have been: • Construction of the new Koch Center for Science, Math & Technology, a 78,000 sf building performed as Design Assist, for which we were able to obtain LEED Gold certification. • A Design Build campus infrastructure project which included construction of a new Chiller Plant and over 2,000 linear feet of underground utility piping.
